School innovation and management

Our courses are designed to help headmasters, managers and teachers learn powerful tools to adapt their organisation to a complex world that faces rapid changes and to become familiar with key issues related to innovation in education.

Some courses focus on school development, including inspirational leadership in teacher-powered schools and benchmarking education systems. Other courses provide relevant skills related to planning, managing and implementing European projects, such as Erasmus+. Still other courses focus on the purpose of education systems, combating failure in education and early-school leaving, student career guidance and counselling, or new pedagogical models and innovative curriculum development.
