The Recruiting Process

SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE: If you successfully pass through our tests, we will send you a screening questionnaire to evaluate whether we should move you forward to the next stage in the recruitment process. It should take you 30 minutes to complete.
INTERVIEW: If you’re successful there, we’ll invite you to the face-to-face interview to get to know each other and figure out if it’s a good fit for both parties. There, you will make a presentation and we’ll ask you some behavioural and problem-solving questions. The interviews are held on-site and conducted in English.

The Recruiting Process

TESTS: Once submitted, we will analyse the information and we’ll invite you to take on a few tests aimed at assessing how you think and solve possibly unfamiliar problems. While some of these tests may draw upon your existing knowledge, no additional preparation or studying is required. In any case, the tests should take you 50 minutes to complete.
