Ricky is an ESL teacher and teacher trainer approaching 12 years of experience in the field. After having worked in 7 other countries, including at IH Kyiv & IH Cordoba Centro, he is now working as the Academic Director of English Wizards in Krakow; running teacher training courses, developing ESP materials, organising language events, and acting as managing and support a network of 70 teachers across Poland.
