Expert on Programming and managing EU Funds, Paolo is currently working with National Administration and Regional Authorities. He has more than 20 year experience on EU funds. He taught and trained professionals at University, Diplomatic school and secondary school level. Along the last 20 years he lived in Belgium, Malta, Serbia, Spain, Bosnia Herzegovina, Rome, but is still very affectionately linked to his hometown, Pisa, where he currently lives. Ha has been volunteer in India and Ethiopia with national and local NGOs. He loves North American and Spanish novelists and French Movies.
