Expert in the field of the design and management of projects and programmes funded by the European Union, with a fifteen year- experience based on an in-depth knowledge of the most relevant EU funding tools and of the Project Cycle Management (PCM) dynamics. Lara provides expertise and skills to public and private entities, by helping them to access EU funding opportunities in a variety of sectors and by devising attractive, cost-effective and impact-oriented project proposals. She actively works in the field of management, coordination and monitoring of projects, following all the phases of the daily implementation. Her professional background also includes working as a Programme Officer at the Joint Secretariat of the Italy-Croatia Cross-Border Cooperation (CBC) Programme 2014-2020, an experience which allowed her to get a proper understanding of the internal functioning and management of EU funds.
