Elisa Schiavon

Elisa is a freelance Environmental Educator and Nature Guide. She holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Parma and a master’s degree in Science Communication with a focus on nature. Elisa has received numerous awards and grants for her contributions to science and museum education. With 20 years of experience in environmental and scientific communication, Elisa has been involved in high-profile projects, including the Genova Science Festival, the Modena Festival of Philosophy, the Mind Festival in Sarzana, and the Trento Discovery on Film. She has worked as a guide at the Botanical Garden of Padua and has designed and organised nature science laboratories for various Environmental Education Centres, such as the CEA of Monte Prinzera Natural Reserve in Parma. Elisa also has extensive experience collaborating with environmental and socio-educational organisations, such as Legambiente and other local cooperatives. In addition to her work in education, she is a dancer and dance teacher. She combines her artistic skills with her environmental expertise to create innovative projects on environmental sustainability, delivering performances and workshops at museums, as well as science and arts festivals.
