What pre-registration is
Pre-registration is an expression of interest in one of our courses. You can pre-register for any course date, even if it is not currently listed or confirmed on our website. We will reach out to the contact person to discuss all the requirements, provide more information about all the options for the courses, activities, and accommodation, and manage the contract administration once an option is agreed upon.
What pre-registration is not
Pre-registration does not guarantee participation. Pre-registration is not a binding contract nor an official booking. Pre-registration helps us track interest, convey enough participants to the same dates and confirm those dates once the minimum number of participants is reached. Participation is secured only when the contract administration is completed. Please, do not book your flights or trains at this stage! Pre-register NOW!
Organisations with multiple participants
One single contact person. If you are part of an organisation sending multiple participants to our courses, each organisation must designate a single contact person to complete the pre-registrations for all participants in all courses. This will speed up the contract administration!
