Pre-registration is the process that helps us to track interest of the number of potential participants to a specific course and to convey enough participants to the same dates. It is not a binding contract nor an official booking: once we process your pre-registration form, we will let you know how to finalise your booking in case the course is confirmed!
Who should pre-register?
A contact person of an organisation should fill in the pre-registration form below on behalf of ALL the eligible participants to a specific course: participants shouldn’t pre-register individually if they are part of a group! We just need to know the number of potential participants to a course date in a single pre-registration form per organisation at this stage!
When should you pre-register?
Pre-registration forms can be completed at any point in time, either when you apply for funding or when your grant is approved.
Why should you pre-register?
You should pre-register so we can track your interest in a specific course, liaise with everybody to convey participants to the same dates and make our best effort so that the course get confirmed!
